This 30-minute webinar brings a sharp and strategic light to the remote meeting as we quite simply cannot afford for them to be ineffective.

You will gain knowledge and resources on how to effectively lead remote meetings to promote effectiveness and innovation – tactics are grouped into three categories:

1) what to do prior to the meeting,

2) running the meeting itself, and

3) post meeting activity.

This session is designed for anyone being asked to run a remote meeting effectively. It will not be recorded, nor will slides be available after the session.

There is no cost for you to attend due to our generous funders.

Dr. Steven Rogelberg discusses evidence-based tips to improve remote meetings leveraging insights from his best-selling book, The Surprising Science of Meetings which has been profiled on host of media outlets including CBS This Morning, BBC World, Freakonomics and ranked as one of the best business books of 2019 and 2020 by Washington Post, Forbes, SHRM to name a few.
