Welcome back Tricia Perkins, Senior Strategic HR Advisor, and Jane Clark, Attorney, from Lake Effect HR & Law, LLC.
Working during a crisis presents many challenges – jobs change, the goals shift, your work site might be closed, childcare might not be available, and the emotional and mental stress weighs on everyone.
Still, managing performance remains imperative. In two sessions with Lake Effect HR & Law, we will discuss how to effectively and compassionately manage performance while taking into account the challenges during a crisis and learn the latest changes in employment law.
