Capacity Building Through Technology

For over four years, NPLI has partnered with Network for Good (becoming Bonterra) to enroll more than 20 Fox Valley area organizations into its tech-enabled capacity building program, Jumpstart. 

NPLI's 2021-22 cohort of four Jumpstarters raised an astounding $151,072 in net new revenue.  

Building on the success of the program, NPLI will be pursuing a new rollout of the Jumpstart Program in early 2023, with exciting additions and tools to further strengthen the capacity and infrastructure of local nonprofits.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Fundraising leads (Executive Director, Development/Fundraising Director or Manager) development staff, and data support staff (bookkeeper, data specialist, office administrator)

Jumpstart overview 

• NPLI Grant Funding & Peer Support Community  
  Participants receive grant funding to cover the majority of the program cost and receive a discounted rate to continue leveraging the program after the yearlong program. 
  
  Participants are invited to join the existing, monthly peer support group of Fox Valley area Jumpstarters.  
• 
  
• Individualized Coaching
  Participants are matched with a personal coach, meeting with them (virtually) twice per month to help in building and deploying strategy, with a focus on fundraising and optimizing systems. 
  
  
• Technology & Technical Assistance
  A material component, each participant will be provided a comprehensive technology platform to manage and deploy their fundraising strategy. Based on your unique needs, you may choose between the following platforms:

Network for Good: The Jumpstart Program's traditional all-in-one fundraising platform, including donor management, integrated online giving campaigns, communications tools, reporting, and more. 

Every Action: A complete fundraising solution designed to grow with nonprofits by providing a robust toolset including grants, membership, and volunteer management, multi-channel automation, planned giving, and advocacy.
