We're thrilled to welcome Chad Barger, CFRE, ACNP, and founder of Productive Fundraising, to the Fox Cities as the presenter for the annual nonprofit workshop hosted by the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region, Nonprofit Leadership Initiative, CLA, and AFP Northeast Wisconsin Chapter.
As a master trainer for the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), Chad is a frequent keynote and workshop presenter, and he's here to share the latest research-based fundraising tactics and strategies so you can improve your organization's fundraising.
Chad's session will be broken into three modules covering:
Finding Time for Fundraising
This fast-paced session focuses not on what we do, but how we do it. We'll explore ways to better manage email, meetings, distractions, and work-life balance. You'll learn practical tips you can implement immediately to make your days more productive while still leaving room to breathe.
What's Changing in Fundraising & Ways to Adapt
Chad will provide a snapshot of where fundraising is today by sharing the latest data on donor trends, research, and stories from the front lines. We'll also learn specific tactics and strategies to assist us in adapting and better positioning our organization for fundraising success.
How to Get Your Board to Fundraise
Build a fundraising culture within your board using the tools and samples Chad will share during this module. We'll also learn how to help board members overcome the fear of fundraising and develop a fundraising habit.
